INSTRUCTIONS: Wet hair completely, then run the bar of soap from roots to ends in a circular motion. Create lots of foam with your hands and add a little more water if necessary. It is important that all your hair is covered with a powerful and thick foam! If you are not able to create enough foam, your hair may remain greasy or look stringy. So lather up a lot, and then rinse your hair with clear water until there is no soap residue left.
It is recommended to use an acidic rinse after washing with soap. Simply add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) to 1 liter of water and pour this mixture all over your hair. This restores the natural pH of the hair and also makes it shiny. Repeat this if necessary.
IMPORTANT: Your hair must first get used to washing with soap. This conversion phase can (but does not have to) last for several weeks. Please be patient!
